Made using belgian dark, milk chocolate & praline mousse with french biscuit, hazelnut base & raspberry ganache on top. This is a eggless cake by default. More like a dessert but less creamy. A perfect combination of raspberry, chocolate, hazelnut & french biscuit, also goes excellent with the childeren (only half & one kg possble). This creation is not only a showcase for dark chocolate but also features an array of different textures - crispy,crunchy,soft and melting - each with their own unique sensations.
